Allysa Kincaid is Ryle Kincaid's sister, Lily Bloom's best friend and co-worker, and Marshall's wife. She is also Rylee's mother and Emmy's aunt.
In the film adaptation, It Ends With Us, Allysa is portrayed by Jenny Slate.

When they were 17 and 18 years old, she met Marshall, Ryle's best friend, after moving to Ohio from Boston. Later on, at a party, she catches him making out with another girl, and yells at her, not having realised that she liked him like that, and was embarrassed for getting jealous. Later that night, he goes to her bedroom to check on her, and they ended up making out for most of the night.
Allysa once cheated on Marshall when she was 19 years old[1] and they were in a long distance relationship due to going to different universities. Allysa got drunk at a party and kissed another man. She felt guilty and confessed it to Marshall and he eventually forgave her.[2]
She moved there to be with him, and they eventually married. They tried to get pregnant for a long time, struggling with infertility, until they had their daughter, Rylee.
