Maggie Griffin (née Carson) was the girlfriend of Ridge Lawson when he unexpectedly falls for his neighbor, Sydney Blake. She is also the love interest of Jake Griffin as well as the ex-girlfriend of Warren Russell.
Biography[]
Maggie has battled with diabetes and CF (cystic fibrosis) most of her life. She was raised by her maternal grandparents, after getting dropped off by her mother and never knew her father. She was incredibly close with her grandmother, and was devastated when she died. After her death, her grandfather gave her engagement ring to Ridge, who was in a relationship with Maggie at the time, in hopes he would one day propose with the ring. However, when she began a relationship with Jake, Ridge gave him the ring, and he proposed, which she happily accepted.
